Musculoskeletal pain and resilience in a nephrology unit nursing professional

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Stress and experiences in nursing activities can cause physical mental illness, making it important to monitor the health of these professionals. The aim study was assess frequency intensity musculoskeletal pain resilience professionals working a nephrology unit. METHODS: Cross-sectional, descriptive study, developed with who work unit general hospital. For data collection, sociodemographic, labor clinical questionnaire, Nordic symptom numerical assessment scale were used. RESULTS: 15 aged between 31 40 years participated study. Pain moderate high different anatomical regions. most affected body regions shoulders, ankles, feet dorsal lumbar region. 40% participants showed 33.4% resilience. There no association resilience, sociodemographic variables intensity. CONCLUSION: team deals areas presents which helps them continue performing their functions.
